1. Requirement & spec
Share your target battery type, current, connectors, plug standard, appearance and order volume. We confirm feasibility and quote within 2 working days.
2. Sample & approval
We build a pre-production sample with your branding, labeling and packaging. You test and approve before mass production starts.
3. Mass production & QC
Production runs on our automated lines with 100% aging test. We send production and QC photos/videos by milestone.
4. Shipment & support
Export carton, pallet or container loading per your terms, with full CE/RoHS documentation. After-sales support for warranty and parts.

Frequently asked questions
What overseas buyers typically ask before placing a trial order.
What is your MOQ?
For our existing models, the trial MOQ is typically 500–1,000 units. For full OEM/ODM projects (custom housing, logo, packaging), MOQ is discussed per project and usually starts around 1,000–3,000 units.
Can you customize the product for our brand?
Yes. We support OEM (logo, color, packaging, plug standard) and ODM (custom function, connector, appearance based on your requirement). Samples are available before mass production.
What certifications do your products have?
Products are produced to export standards and can provide CE and RoHS documentation. Additional certifications for specific markets can be discussed per project.
What is the lead time?
For in-stock or repeat models, around 15–25 days after deposit. For new OEM/ODM projects, add sample approval time; the production lead time is generally 25–40 days depending on volume.
Which regions do you export to?
We serve brands, distributors and engineering customers across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Oceania, with products adapted to local voltage and plug standards.
